Just capturing memories in this fleeting time - because we all know we're too sleep deprived to remember much of these early weeks :)
It's that time again! The Texas wild flowers are just popping up and I have just discovered a new field of flowers right here in east Austin. Head over here to schedule your session - these can include kiddos only OR the whole family! Easy, free parking and no big crowds.
This lovely family's session was held at Mueller Lake Park, one of my favorite family photography locations in Austin. There is such a variety of backdrops in a small area - lake, trellis, mosaics, pops of color at Aldrich St. Even on a grey day like this day, the locale lends itself to family sessions; kids can be easily entertained with ducks, herons, pigeons and the omnipresent grackle to chase.
This family truly wanted me to capture this season of her family’s life organically. When her kids wanted to run and dance and play, we let them! And captured their sweet expressions along the way.
